Default Blood Flow/Erection problem

Hey everyon wondering if you could help me out

I recently went for the doctor because of ED issues. Been having a hard time getting an erection, maintaining it, have experienced lack of morning-night time wood and within the past few months dribbling & premature ejaculation. This didn't just happen over night but was a gradual process over the course of the past 3 years after I developed Peyronies.

When they administered the injection I was able to get an alright erection and everything and they performed a duplex ultrasound. When I saw my urologist he told me that the ultrasound showed the blood flow wasn't as strong as it should be. He just gave me some pills to try out (Levitra, Cialist, etc.) but I want to know if there is anything I can do for this without masking it with pills? I do infact have low testosterone which I wonder if it's the likely culprit? Would taking T sort out these ED issues and is there evidence that suggests low testosterone can impair blood flow to the penis? I'm guessing maybe so because older men often have these problems and their testosterone isn't as high due to old age.
