i want to buy new digital camera.any onw suggest me which one is batter as far as budget is concern.and resolution should be batter :P

What resolution are you actually looking at? Do you plan to print these pictures in paper format or just the digital image is fine for collection purposes? The answer to this will really help you decide on the resoultion in megapixels.

The lower the resolution, the lower the price.

First is the price u wanna spend for it. regarding megapixels and current trends 7 megapixel is standard but anything from 3-5 megapixel does great. look for things like apperture focal lenght and quality of lenses.

I would advice any good canon powershot model with Image Stabilizer

decide what do you want to buy..... a camera with more manual control for better control on the photography or rather a camera with small form factor so that its easy on pocket....

if you are more into nature and stuff go for first one else if you are party going types then go for the second one.

i like cannon camera because of the color richness in the output. recommend cannon s3is for first choice and cannon ixus series for second. these are mid range, there are entry level cameras also from cannon
