I admit that Canon is very well known for producing camera. My brother also bought one long time ago, and it is still in a good shape. However, when it is the age of digital camera, Canon also innovated its own technology. But my brother said that there are still some flaws when taking the night shot unlike his normal camera. Maybe it is still not perfect yet.

Which model are we talking about here?

I have a Canon S2 with almost the same problems. It's supposed to perform better at its price, but my old Kodak beat it by that category (low-light performance).

I am now royally pissed because at its price, I expect it to be better than my other cheaper cameras.

I feel Canon is the best one in these Digital cam's.Because I bought the camera in the year 2004 and it has 5 mega pixel camera and 15x zoom both optical and digital combined.It never had a single problem and the pics are real clarity.

I bought my Mum a Canon IXUS 60 for Christmas. In daytime it'll take fantastic shots, but really does suffer at night. The flash isn't too good either.
